What should I pay attention to when I receive the product?

If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a report to the cargo company. Do you gift wrap?

How is the product return handled?

We provide unused products with the opportunity of return and exchange up to 14 (fifteen) days. Except for the delivery of faulty products caused by the sender, shipping costs in all return and exchange processes belong to the buyer (customer).
