All products you have purchased are under Yurtiçi Kargo assurance until they reach you. Shipments within Turkey are delivered safely within 5 - 7 business days, and international shipments are delivered safely within 15 business days on average. For international shipments, shipping costs belong to the buyer. Exchange and Return Newold Studio gives its users a 100% refund/exchange guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased for any reason, you can return them within 15 days or exchange them for another size of the same product. Return and exchange shipping costs belong to the customers. All you have to do is call 08503077965 or send an e-mail to info@newoldstudio.com and create a request. Afterwards, you can take the first steps of the return process by writing the products and the invoice and your request on the back of the invoice (which design/size you would like to replace with in stock, and a "refundable" note for the return).
